DESCRIPTION:Females ages 12-22 years old are mentored to develop and enhance their self-awareness and self-appreciation attributes. The participants are encouraged to consider (1) their roles and responsibilities\,(2) the application of scriptures in the development of life skills and personal growth and maturity (both spiritually and morally)\, and (3) providing a dimension of caring and sharing within the nurturing environment of the church. Twenty-one years and older mentors\, who exemplify tenacity\, character\, integrity\, and grace are sought to serve as facilitators. Vision boards and other activities are conducted in the workshops.
