We will meet beginning on Tuesday through Friday in the Marriott Hotel for class at 6am! Our health is on the mind of God!

COGIC Men Lead, headed by President Kale Mann, is a transformative session at the 2026 AIM Convention dedicated to equipping and mentoring the next generation of male leaders. This class will explore and explain the requirements, fundamentals and techniques of professional musicianship. It will feature trained musicians who will give insight on the various facets of being a skillful musician. This class is for IMD Registered Orchestra Members. Our objective is to provide a learning and sharing environment and equipped musicians with the tools needed to take their musicianship to the next level
This session deals with the detailing and understanding of every feature of the Hammond organ, keyboard, bass, guitar and drums. With tips and secrets from the pros, participants will learn how to apply these tool to their everyday artistry on the instruments.
Spirit Filled Men Teach is an initiative, dedicated to empowering young Black men by placing strong, inspiring Black male role models in faith-based education. Our mission is to close the gap in mentorship and representation within Sunday Schools and small groups, helping young men develop not only academically, but also in character, purpose, and faith. Through Spirit-Filled Men Teach, we're creating a movement of men committed to guiding the next generation toward positive, successful futures! The men are on the mind of God!
While focusing on the ministry and the assignment of Field Representatives, women of any department or division will be empowered to fulfill their God-given purpose in the kingdom. The history of women in ministry demonstrates a powerful legacy that spans from biblical times to the present day despite their contributions often being overlooked or challenged. The women are on the mind of God!
Awards will be presented to winners in the form of certificates, trophies, and/or medallions. There will be orations by oratorical winners, special performances by the Labarbara International Talent Hour winners, and recognition of ISMM Executive and Support Staff. A Baccalaureate ceremony is held prior to the closing for high school and college graduates.
Leadership requires knowing when to hold on and when to release. This workshop encourages leaders to let go of control, past challenges, and unnecessary burdens that hinder growth. Through reflection and practical strategies, participants will learn how to delegate effectively, embrace change, and lead with freedom, trust, and renewed focus.
Youth ages 7 to 17 years old will be introduced to terminology, principles, disciplines, and professional consultation that will formulate an understanding in money matters. Participants will also be introduced to The Wall Street game, and exploration of the fundamentals of investing in stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. A Holy Millionaire luncheon will be held on Friday morning, July 10th for all Holy Millionaire participants.
