Young Women of Excellence (YWE) is a comprehensive program for young ladies aged 10-22 in the COGIC IYD. It focuses on holistic empowerment, providing strategies for academic success, life skills, church involvement, personal development, and leadership. The program covers time management, study skills, self-esteem, decision-making, spiritual growth, public speaking, teamwork, and project management. YWE aims to create confident, capable individuals prepared for school, life, and church roles, fostering personal development and leadership capabilities.
